As Vice President of Consulting and Software Implementation for UCS / Reynolds & Reynolds, Mike led a team of over 400 highly motivated professionals. Mike is a hands-on leader with boots-on-the-ground project management experience in North America, South America, and Europe.
Mike was deeply involved in practically every product advancement with UCS / Reynolds: docuPAD, eWorkflow, Advanced Service, IGNITE, KeyTrak, FOCUS, XtreamService, AddOnAuto, ReverseRisk, GoMoto, ReconTRAC, and The Appraisal Lane. Solutions that changed the automotive retail experience forever. Along the way, he worked with some of the most well-known and respected dealer groups in the country to deliver superior results to improve efficiencies and to increase profitability. Mike retired from Reynolds in 2021 after 34 years of dedicated service.

Mike, along with his brother Charles, are the publishers of Tactical Gun Review and Texas Outdoors Network. Launched in 2010, Tactical Gun Review is a leading publisher of real-world reviews of guns, optics, and shooting accessories. TGR prides itself on testing products in the field, not just publishing a press release or a quick range session. Texas Outdoors Network is focused on hunting and fishing in the Great State of Texas. Mike spent his youth hunting and fishing in South Texas with family. His fondest memories are of being out on the ranch with his Dad and uncles.
